An agreement or an MOU with minimal formalities, Rolex logistics can import and handle distribution, reverse logistics in India for its clients, is sufficient to the process flow in terms of importing , distribution in India to the customers, dealers etc.
Further it allows Rolex logistics to import, sell, collect payments and transfers further to the client on mutually agreed terms. A nominal service fee on marketing, distribution, imports etc, will be charged to the clients. Client MNCs can additionally plan for a seminar, product launches, advertisements promotions for marketing and establishing their in the Indian sub-continents.
